Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut


  • 1/2 cups condensed milk


  • 3 nos paan(betelnut) leaves,chopped


  • 3 tbsp gulkand


  • 1 tsp saunf(crushed)


  • 1 tsp finely chopped supari


  • 1 tbsp tutti frutti


  • 2 tbsp chopped kaju and badams


  • 1/4 tsp green food colour

Directions

  • COOK 1/2 CUP CONDENSED MILK & 1.5 CUPS DESSICATED COCONUT ON MEDIUM HEAT
  • ADD 1/4 CUP CHOPPED BETELNUT LEAVES & MIX
  • ADD 1/4 teaspoon GREEN FOOD COLOUR & COOK TILL THE MIXTURE LEAVES THE SIDES
  • SAUTE 3 tablespoon GULKAND, 1 teaspoon SUPARI, 1 tablespoon TUTTI FRUTTI, 2 tablespoon CASHEWS & ALMONDS & 1 teaspoon ANISEEDS ON LOW HEAT FOR 2-3 MINS
  • ROLL OUT LADDOOS OF THE COCONUT MIX
  • FILL EACH LADDOO WITH A SMALL AMOUNT OF GULKAND FILLING, SEAL & PAT IN SHAPE
  • ROLL THE LADDOOS IN DESSICATED COCONUT & STORE IN AN AIR TIGHT JAR
